Highly recommend all the team at Sutton Mortgage Brokers. I’ve used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future as well as recommending them to all friends and family! They take the stress out of finding the best deal and submitting forms etc. If I’ve had any queries, Darren, Ellie, and Imogen have been prompt to go through everything in detail to make sure I’ve understood exactly what’s happening (something which is greatly appreciated during the stressful process of dealing with solicitors!). Needed a specific loan to help with cash flow for purchasing a property. Sutton Mortgage Brokers listened to my specific requirements and suggested a few Banks/Building societies that had products that they thought would be a good fit for my requirements. I had tried going into banks to ask for advice , but surprisingly banks cannot give you financial advice and just point you at web pages of what products they have. Sutton Mortgage Brokers were very good in simplifying what forms needed to be filled in and were at the end of the phone if I had any questions I was not sure how to answer. When it came to chasing up the mortgage provider or conveyance solicitors they were able to do this for me so I was not spending hours on the phone in a queue. Without their help the process would have been a lot more stressful.
